SHIPPING INFORMATION

PACKING & PACKAGING:

Before your order gets shipped, our white glove wrap & pack team check every item thoroughly to ensure it meets our standards and your expectations. Some packages have a long way to travel before they reach their destination and to ensure the safety of mouth-blown and handmade items, we use a packing system called Geämi. It’s as fun to use as it is safe and environmental friendly (100% recycled).

When your order is complete, it will ship out from our Teroforma warehouse located in Norwalk, Connecticut.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING:

Standard Shipping

Teroforma offers free ground shipping on all purchases, regardless of the size of the purchase, the destination or the time of year. Ground shipping is the least environmentally harmful shipping alternative and we gladly offer this option to our customers as a way for us all to do something good together. Ground shipments are usually received within 3-5 business days from when an order had been processed. To be on the safe side, please allow 6-12 days for Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories.

Orders received by 2pm Eastern Time, M-F, will be processed same business day
Orders received after 2pm Eastern Time, M-F, will be processed next business day

Express & Next-day Shipping

Sometimes, things need to happen quicker. We offer several options for you to get your package faster, including Overnight, 2day or 3day*. Just select your preferred option in checkout. Regardless of the shipping option you choose, we still pay the ground equivalent.

Orders received by 2pm Eastern Time, M-F, will be processed same business day
Orders received after 2pm Easter Time, M-F, will be processed next business day

* 3day express service is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other US Territories.

Shipping Exceptions

Due to restrictions beyond our control Teroforma is not able to ship packages to:
- P.O. Boxes
- Military APO or FPO addresses

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

There is a reason why most companies don’t offer international shipping. It is fairly expensive for the customer and it takes a bit of extra work on our part to get accurate pricing… so why bother you might wonder? We at Teroforma want you to be able to enjoy our products wherever you happen to be, so a different country code and a bit of extra work, won’t stop us in our goal to do so.

Packages for our international customer will be sent via our shipping partner, FedEx. The international service normally takes 3-5 days to arrive, depending on inbound customs.

Each order is unique and has to be handled accordingly to be able to offer you a fair and accurate shipping quotation. To enable us to do so, we need a little extra time compared to our domestic orders.

To place and ship an order outside the US, simply fill in your billing, shipping and payment information at checkout and confirm your purchase. Your card will NOT be charged at this stage.

One of our customer service assistants will contact you via email within 48 hours of receipt or order (please allow an additional day for orders placed over weekend). This email will include a detailed breakdown of your purchase, including all relevant shipping and duty charges, for your approval. This email needs to be returned to us with the words APPROVED before we will process your card and your order. Please note that your shipping, duty and VAT charges are based on ship to country, size of package, contents & value and weight – listed here in order of relevance.

We strongly advise that you review our return policy for international orders before you place your order.

TRACKING FORMATION:

Once an order has been placed with our Webstore, an order confirmation will be sent tot your confirmed email address. This confirmation will include your unique Customer ID number, sales receipt number, a list of items purchased, confirmed shipping- and payment method.

A shipment tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed, packaged and is ready for pick-up. Simply copy and paste your tracking information and into the appropriate fields at http://www.fedex.com/Tracking for delivery updates.
