Eskimo Kiss
All of a sudden it’s become very wintery here in CT – brrr. This week we have made a fun cocktail that combines warm spicy flavors like cinnamon & cloves along with coconut & rum. We’ve found this makes a terrific dessert when combined with some crunchy butter cookies! Recipe after the jump.
Eskimo Kiss - serves 6
- 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 of a 14-ounce can condensed milk
- 1 (15-ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut juice
- 1 teaspoon true Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch of cloves
- squeeze of a lemon slice
- 1 cup white rum
- handful ice
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend on high until frothy. Pour into glasses & garnish with a stick of cinnamon.
We’ve served the Eskimo Kiss in our Charcoal Gray Issi Tumblers. The fabric is a piece we found last fall up at Brimfield.

I had a gathering last weekend at my home and made these for a group of 20! It was spectacular.
