As a Co-Founder and the Head of Customer Service, Anna has a reason to ask any question she wants. Match that up with a level of energy and dedication that any ten people would be pressed to compete with and you can understand that she is a powerful part of the Teroforma team. Part of Teroforma’s basic DNA is the conviction that the customer is the first thought, not simply the afterthought once a product has been purchased. Anna pops up in all sorts of meetings and discussions and always with the same kind of question: “what does that mean for our customers and how do we make it mean more?” She brings years of experience to this role, having worn many hats in the fields of retail, hospitality and PR, most notably as a Senior Account Executive at PR & Advertising shop Barnett-Williams Partnership in London.

Anna brings a globetrotter’s sensibilities to Teroforma. Currently living in America, she spent her childhood in a tiny village in the south of Sweden. Nestled among farms, fields, and forests, it was a quiet place with fewer than 3,000 inhabitants, about half an hour’s drive from Malmo. An avid traveler, she’s since wandered far from her origins, having visited Greece, Cyprus, Egypt, India, France, Italy, South Africa, Spain, and many other countries. Her experience is invaluable to Teroforma, a company whose philosophy is deeply intertwined with traditions and cultures from all over the world.

Andrew and Anna are married and do lots of things together but will admit that working together can be interesting with a side order of interesting thrown in for the sake of interest.
